So, we are out in South Everett about to do a house wash, uh, exterior window cleaning and treatment on the roof. So, we got a regular just vinyl setup, a little paint on hardwood up on top. Uh we taped up the two electrical outlets we have. And then this side is pretty much the dirtiest uh north side. You see the gutters siding. No green growth or organic growth. And then this side’s pretty pretty dirty as well. So that’s what we got today. So, in my opinion, vinyl siding is probably the easiest siding to clean. Uh, dirt really comes off quite quickly. I’m using about a 2% sh with some suds. You can see getting the windows wet. Really just soaking everything on there pretty good. An important note about our house washes is gutters, exterior gutters are included in the house wash, not the interior, but we’ll get that. The fascia, uh, the screens will spray down. This day was running a little bit warmer, so the dwell time on the vinyl wasn’t too long, about 5 to 7 minutes. Everything came off pretty quickly and easily. And then we just made sure to spray everything down. All right, so we’re all done with the house wash and it came out looking great. So this is the worst part of the north side. Got all that kind of black prime gutters looking good. Looks like a new house.
